Unconscious bias has been hard wired into human beings for thousands of years so we believe companies promising to eradicate bias through AI can never deliver on their promise - they can delay bias but cannot overwrite thousands of year of human conditioning
What do you actually do on RIISKE.com then?
To stop this risk of bias we therefore created the "UNCONSCIOUS BIAS RISK CHECKER" which is visible permanently when companies are browsing candidates video on our app
This checker will monitor the user's risk of bias against a number of criteria by comparing the spread of candidates they select vs the average of candidates on the RIISKE.com app.
